Q. How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
A. Carpet & Upholstery will take approximately up to-4 hours to dry, depending on the carpet and humidity conditions.
Q. How soon can are we able to walk on the carpet?
A. Carpet is dry enough to walk on straight away. But we recommend you remove your shoes to prevent tracking soil in on the damp carpet.
Q. Do you require power?
A. We don’t require any power as our equipment is self powered.
Q. Do you move furniture?
A. We will move most furniture (Lounges, chairs and tables) free of charge. Heavier items or breakables will need to be moved by the customer prior to us arriving or we can clean around it. Protective tabs are placed under the legs to prevent bleeding from the furniture to the carpet, and to protect the furniture as well.

Q. How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
A. Most homes need to have there carpets cleaned every 12 months. Even though regular vacuuming removes much of the surface dirt, remaining particles settle deeper into the fibres where their abrasive action can be damaging. We can organize after your appointment, to contact you by phone or mail to remind you that it's time for your annual cleaning.
